NEW PILATES OFFERINGS ON FRANCIS ROAD

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve re-opened our original Francis Road studio with some exciting new Pilates offerings. We'll be keeping both sites open, so this will become our second studio...back where it all began seven years ago!

Our Francis Road studio will hold just 5 clients per class, ensuring personalised attention and a focused experience. We'll be offering the below services: 

Reformer & Tower Pilates - These traditional Reformer classes bring a new depth and challenge to your Pilates practice. 

Reformer Pilates - We'll be bringing you more of our amazing Reformer Pilates classes during peak times. 

Equipment based 1:1s & Duets - We have a fantastic group of highly experienced comprehensive teachers who will be available for private sessions throughout the week using state of the art equipment, only available at our Francis Road studio. If you're looking to work on something specific, or are rehabbing an injury then get in touch.
