cancellation & no-show policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for our studio classes. This means that if you cancel less than 12 hours before the class is due to start, you will be charged as per the below.

  • If you booked using a Single Drop In, Class Pack, or a Monthly Recurring Membership, you will lose that class credit.

  • If you booked using One-Month Unlimited Mat Studio classes, you will be charged £11 for a late cancellation.

  • If you booked using One-Month Unlimited Reformer Studio classes, you will be charged £20 for a late cancellation.

  • Workshops and Courses are non refundable and non transferable.

If you are unable to attend a class in the studio, please cancel no matter how late, as you may also incur a no-show penalty. Details below:

We often have long waitlists for classes due to our smaller class capacity. We have purposefully kept our class sizes small to provide greater attention to our clients. To avoid incurring a no-show penalty, please cancel through your account, or give us a call if you cannot make your class.

If you attend a class, please make sure you sign in at reception to avoid being charged.

  • If you have booked using a Single Drop In, Class Pack, or a Monthly Recurring Membership, you will be charged a £5 no-show penalty and you will lose a class credit.

  • If you have booked using One-Month Unlimited Mat Studio classes, you will be charged a £16 no-show penalty (instead of the late cancellation penalty).

  • If you have booked using One-Month Unlimited Reformer Studio classes, you will be charged a £25 no-show penalty (instead of the late cancellation penalty).
