Please note that from 10th June we'll be making some important updates to the way you join waitlists. Please read below on how we are automating this process and what that means for you.

  • What is a waitlist?
    When opening our schedule to book a class, you may see the option ‘Join Wait List’ next to a scheduled class. This means that the class is fully booked but you can book yourself onto the waitlist for the class. Currently, when you book yourself onto the waitlist, you will receive an email, push notification and/or an SMS from us when a spot becomes available for you and we require your confirmation before asking the next person in the waitlist queue.

  • What is the change you are making?
    From the 10th of June, the first person on the waitlist queue will be automatically bumped up to the attendance list of the scheduled class.

  • How will I know if I’ve been added to the attendance list?
    You will receive an email and/or push notification via our app, notifying you that you have added to the attendance list. You will also see the change when you go into your account and notice that you are no longer on the waitlist queue but actually on the attendance list. You can also always email and call to check with us.

    IMPORTANT: Because we will be automating this process, it is important that you have opted in to receive notifications from us in your client account. If you have opted-out, you will not be notified if you have been added to the attendance list to your booked class and you may then incur a late cancellation or no-show penalty.   • What happens if I no longer wish to attend?

    If you no longer wish to attend the class, make sure you cancel yourself from the waitlist. If you have been bumped up to the class, please make sure you cancel your spot 12 hours ahead of the class start time to avoid losing a class credit.

  • What if I forget I booked the class?

    You will be automatically bumped into the class if a spot becomes available for you. So make sure you have made a note of your booking as you may not only lose a class credit but also face a no-show penalty fee if you don’t attend.

  • How close to the class start time will I be added? 

    As a lot of our customers are very local, the system will automatically add people up to 60 minutes before the class start time. If a space becomes available after that, we will offer the space to everyone else on the waitlist on a first come first serve basis. This will be communicated via email, SMS or phone depending on what you are opted into.
