CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We operate a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for our studio classes. This means that if you cancel up to 12 hours prior to the class start time, your class credit will go back on your account with us and you can use it for another class in the future.

If you cancel within less than 12 hours of the class start time, you will incur a late cancellation penalty. If you are unable to attend a class in the studio, please cancel no matter how late, as you may also incur a no-show penalty. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. If you’re running late, you may not be admitted to the class, this is for yours and your peers' safety and enjoyment. If you’re more than five minutes late, we may offer your space to someone who has dropped into the studio, so please call the studio if you are running late.

Workshops and Courses are non refundable and non-transferable.

WAITLIST POLICY

You will automatically be bumped up into the class if a spot becomes available and notified via email when this happens. If you are still on the waitlist and no longer wish to attend, simply cancel your spot on the waitlist and your class credit will be returned to you.

If you have been added to the class and can no longer make it, just cancel your spot 12 hours ahead of the class start time to avoid a late cancellation penalty and/or no-show penalty. More on our waitlist t&cs here.
