Ewa Jastrzebska

Craniosacral Therapist

  • Ewa is Craniosacral Therapist registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association in the UK. She graduated from the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle but potent way of working with the body using a light touch. It supports body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself as well as helping to reduce stress and build underlying energy.

The healing process is very profound and restores the balance across the mind-body system transforming it back to a state of optimal health. It removes layers of shock, stress, injury and deep seated trauma embedded in the system.

CST benefits the entire range of problems, from minor aches and pains to severe chronic conditions.

It’s effective in calming the nervous system, calming anxiety and offering relaxation to optimise the body’s own healing capacity, boosting health and immune system. The healing capabilities of CST are endless.

Craniosacral therapy facilitated Ewa’s own healing and she decided to train as a therapist to help others.

‘My favourite part of being Craniosacral therapist is seeing my patients relaxed and smiling after the treatment. It is a great privilege to be able to facilitate their healing journeys and witness their lives transform.’

Indie Foolheea

Holistic Facials and Ayurvedic Therapies

  • Indie has had a rollercoaster of a career spanning over a decade but one thing has always remained the same - creativity and working with the hands. From a young age, making and creating has been a way of understanding the world within and around. This way of turning her hand to different things, saw her train as a jewellery designer, explore the fashion industry, beauty industry, tech world, social enterprise and sustainability.

Indie's path took a transformative turn when she started to delve inward, seeking support and a sense of belonging. She discovered that the ancestral practices she turned to felt diluted within the context of Western wellness. Motivated by her own experiences, she embarked on a deep study of Yoga, Ayurveda and holistic therapies, not only to nourish herself but also to extend that support to others.

She offers you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and embrace the rhythms of nature, all while taking into account your unique life experiences. Through personalised treatments, she utilizes Ayurvedic therapies, which tap into the mind and energy through the body, tailoring them to your specific needs. Roberta Kearsey

Holistic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage & C-Section Scar Massage

  • Roberta was travelling the world working in the fashion industry for the last 15 years, making people look good. But during the pandemic, she began to realise what she really wanted was to make people feel good.

She began to explore physical modalities that had the greatest therapeutic effects. It was then she discovered the power of holistic massage.

Roberta noticed that truly feeling good means spending time listening to your body, and an intuitive massage practitioner enables that connection to happen. After completing ITEC level 3 training as a Holistic Massage therapist and hundreds of hours working with bodies, injuries and techniques including prenatal massage, she began Ouro Wellbeing.

Creating an environment of calm to connect back to yourself, gives your body and mind the space to regenerate. Roberta works slow, with your breath to lull you into a parasympathetic state. Then depending on what you require she combines deep tissue massage and manipulation of the fascia to open up space in a contracted body. Aided by careful rhythmic touch to assist in deep relaxation.

  • Roberta is at Pause on
    Wednesdays 1 - 8 pm,
    Thursdays 4 - 8 pm
    Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm.

Meet our Pause guest therapists

Stephanie Hunter-Dines

Reiki Master Teacher/Energy Work

  • Stephanie is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Energy Worker with more than 10 years experience. She believes we all carry energetic wounds, and sometimes we can't reach them alone. Her goal is to work with you to uncover the deeper root cause of your discomfort, while empowering you to become an active participant in your healing.

Utilizing both traditional Usui and Modern approaches to Reiki, Stephanie facilitates a strong, deep, and truly relaxing experience.

The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words. Rei is the universe or higher power, and Ki is the life force energy. This universal life force energy exists around us all. Through either light touch or a hovering of the hands, Stephanie channels Reiki through your body and energy field guiding you toward your highest purpose.

Stephanie's clients have expressed relief from depression, stress, and anxiety, along with pain and dis-ease. As a Mother herself Stephanie especially enjoys working with people through their parental journey from preconception, pregnancy, birth/delivery, and beyond.

Stephanie believes we all find Reiki at the perfect time when we need it most. Every person and every session is different and beautiful, and yours will be exactly what you need.

Eleonora Usseglio Prinsi

Ayurveda Yoga Massage

  • Eleonora is a qualified Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist and Yoga Alliance Certified – RYT 200.

She offers holistic wellness treatments combined with her experience in deep tissue massage, yoga-based stretches, breath-work and sound healing.

Through massages, she has learned to slow down, take her time, relax, and relate to people in a different way. Touch and deep listening connect all of us on a subtle level which helps to heal ourselves physically, energetically, and mentally.

Massage is a fundamental tool to reconnect with our body, to move inwards in a society that pushes us to be often focused on the outwards. By giving people a chance to reset and pause, we bring them back to their inner centre – the place where they can be themselves.

Eleonora offers Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) which is a deep-tissue oil massage followed by assisted yoga stretches. It is adjusted to suit the client’s needs, whether that is relaxing, energising, soothing, deep, or remedial. AYM is an amazing technique that works on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.

  • Eleonora is at Pause on Monday 6pm - 9pm

For more information and to book Eleonora, please give us a call.

Gloria Pretelli

Alchemy Of Touch Practitioner

  • Meet Gloria, a Rocket / Vinyasa yoga teacher and Alchemy of Touch practitioner.

Never heard of Alchemy of Touch?

Alchemy of touch is a unique form of massage & healing, a dynamic form of transformational bodywork designed to elevate massage, bodywork and healing to a new level by harmonizing both musculoskeletal and energetic techniques from many different Eastern and Western modalities including:

    Deep tissue massage,

    Myofascial Chi-release,

    Visceral massage,

    Fluid touch,

    Polarity energy work,

    Joint mobilisation (Trager)

It’s good to relieve muscle tension (on areas like back and neck), body pains, aching, post workout soreness and recurrent headaches.

It can promote a healthy digestive system, improve sleep, restore energy balance, addressing all those physical and psychological problems given by a sedentary lifestyle and reducing stress and anxiety.

This profound fusion facilitates the release of tension by focusing on the Myo-Fascia in order to unwind physical imbalances and open subtle energetic channels – restoring the body and mind to a state of harmony and deep relaxation to regain innate and optimum health.

Eleanor Thrupp

Nutritional Therapist

  • My understanding of nutrition was shaped by several family illnesses, where I discovered the important relationship between diet and the alleviation of symptoms. It was from this personal experience that I discovered the drive to become a nutritional therapist and further my understanding of the role that nutrition plays within a wide variety of health conditions.

Too often, clients are left feeling confused and overwhelmed by misleading nutrition advice. My ambition as a nutritional therapist is to bring honesty, clarity and transparency to my practice and make nutrition as accessible and enjoyable as possible for my clients.

As a nutritional therapist, I use a wide range of tools, including the functional medicine model, to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and to understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

    My overall aim is to:

    1. Find the root cause of an illness/condition

    2. Address where any nutritional imbalances are

    3. Identify connections between different systems in the body.

    4. Restore optimum health and wellbeing

No one person is the same, so I ask you to complete a series of forms prior to your consultation to build-up a picture of your symptoms, diet and lifestyle.

  • Eleanor is at Pause on Mondays 6 - 9 pm and Wednesdays 8 am - 9 pm

For more information and to book Eleanor, please give us a call.
