What is Tower Pilates?
Curious about Tower Pilates? It's a wonderful way to experience Pilates using a special piece of equipment we love - the Pilates Tower! This clever vertical frame attaches to our reformers and comes with springs, bars, and attachments that help support and challenge you throughout your workout.
What makes Tower Pilates so amazing is how versatile it is. Working through a range of positions - standing, seated, and supine - you'll challenge your body in multiple planes of movement while building strength and flexibility.
It's perfect for everyone - from beginners to seasoned Pilates enthusiasts - offering a complete body workout that stays true to classical Pilates principles while adding the dynamic resistance of spring-based movement.

Level 1: Reformer & Tower Pilates Fusion (Beginner/Improvers)
New to Pilates or getting back into it? This class perfectly blends our two favourite pieces of equipment, creating an engaging full-body workout that challenges you in new and dynamic ways. You'll build confidence, strength, and body awareness while our expert teachers guide you through each move.

Level 2: Reformer & Tower Pilates Fusion (Improvers/Intermediate)
Ready to take your practice up a notch? Our Level 2 Fusion class builds on your foundation with more dynamic sequences and challenging combinations. You'll flow between the Reformer and Tower with greater confidence, exploring more complex movements that will push you further and leave you feeling stronger.
This class is not suitable during pregnancy.
Level 1: Tower Pilates (Beginner/Improvers)
Discover the power of traditional Tower Pilates in this foundational class. Perfect for beginners and those refining their technique, you'll learn to work with the Tower's unique spring system to build strength, improve posture, and develop control through classical and contemporary Pilates exercises.

Level 2: Tower Pilates (Improvers/Intermediate)
Take your Tower Pilates practice deeper with more challenging sequences and advanced variations. This class builds on your existing Tower knowledge, incorporating dynamic exercises that will challenge your stability, strength, and control.

Advanced Reformer & Tower Pilates
This class is for experienced Pilates enthusiasts and teachers who are at an advanced level. In this class we explore the advanced repertoire on both the Reformer and Tower.

4 Week Beginners Reformer & Tower Pilates Course
This course aims to set you up to feel confident to attend one of our level 1 or level 2 Reformer or Tower Pilates classes. It’s prefect for those who have never tried Reformer or Tower Pilates before and those who have, but would like a refresh on some of the basic principles.
Over the four weeks we’ll go through most of the essential Reformer and Tower Pilates repertoire so you become familiar with it, plus we’ll also go through some basic safety and practical principles so that you can use the Reformer and Tower confidently in any class.
