Through private classes at Pause, our experienced teachers can offer a more tailored approach to your fitness goals.
We offer 1:1 classes or 2:1 classes for the below needs:
For anyone who is dealing with an injury, we can offer tailored private classes for your needs and also provide appropriate modifications for when you feel ready to join a group class
For anyone who is experiencing back pain or recovering from a slipped/herniated disc
Postnatal recovery including Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Dysfuntion including Prolapse
Beginners who want to start in a more private setting before moving into one of our group classes
1-2-1 Classes we offer
Whether you're working with an injury, focusing on deepening your practise or just wanting to try something completely new, we offer private classes in Pilates and Yoga at the studio with one of our experienced teachers.
The majority of private classes take place at our studios weekdays 9 - 5pm. We are able to offer limited weekend afternoon slots too. Please contact the studio to enquire about booking.
