This is an exciting opportunity to join Pause Studio, a fast-growing boutique Yoga & Pilates Studio in East London. We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Studio Manager with a passion for fitness, business management, and building community. As Studio Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth, creating an exceptional client experience, and taking Pause Studio to the next level.

The Role

As the Studio Manager, you will be the heartbeat of Pause Studio’s daily operations. With the autonomy to lead a motivated team and manage every aspect of our studio’s success, your role will be pivotal in helping us grow our brand, our community, and our impact. You’ll handle everything from membership sales to team management, ensuring that every member and visitor feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring every class, treatment room booking, and member experience meets the highest standard.
• Drive Growth: Take ownership of membership sales, conversion, and retention, working closely with our marketing team to boost brand visibility and drive community engagement.
• Inspire & Manage Team: Recruit, onboard, and lead our front desk staff and instructors, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Care: Provide outstanding service, promptly addressing client needs, inquiries, and concerns to build lasting relationships.
• Elevate Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with our Social Media Manager, create strong email campaigns and automations, and plan community outreach events to grow and retain membership.
• Oversee Financials: Track revenue, manage costs, and produce insightful reports to help guide studio growth and profitability.

Who We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 2+ years in a management role, ideally within the fitness/wellness industry.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Sales-Driven: A strong record of achieving business goals and growing memberships.
• People-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging style.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems; familiarity with Wellnessliving, Mindbody, or Momence is a plus.
• Flexible: Willing to work some early mornings, one weekend day, and occasional evenings to meet member needs.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Outgoing, approachable, and full of positive energy.
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to creating an inclusive space for all.
