Embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing through Conscious Connected Breathwork, a simple yet profound practice of deep circular breathing. This technique allows you to access subconscious realms in order to release stress, tension and emotional blockages and helps to harmonize the body, mind and spirit.

This two-hour workshop will include guided warm-up exercises and a relaxation period with sound healing. After the breathwork journey, we'll finish in a circle where you'll be invited to share your experience or simply listen and connect with others. The breathwork is guided throughout and Faith may offer 1:1 adjustments during the session, respecting individual boundaries.

Embrace this opportunity to release what no longer serves you and step into a more aligned, authentic way of being!

Please refrain from heavy meals two hours before the workshop. Spaces are limited to 10 people. There is an additional form upon booking, so that Faith can best support you during the session.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. We recommend wearing comfortable loose clothing and bringing an eye mask, journal and pen.

Our courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
