women’s only CLASSES AT PAUSE

At Pause we aim to create a welcoming and safe environment for all our clients. We hold five Women’s Only REFORMER classes a week. Our hope is that you feel at ease to practice amongst other women.

All our women's only classes are led by female instructors. When you arrive at Pause, you will be welcomed by a friendly member of staff in our (mixed) reception area. You will be shown to the correct studio and, before class begins, we will ensure your complete privacy by closing the doors and window blinds so you can practise with freedom.

Our classes are suitable for beginners and those with a regular practice.

Whilst we strive to action Pause as an inclusive space for everyone, we see our Women’s Only classes as our first step. These classes have been created in large part, to reflect and welcome our borough’s large Muslim community to practice freely. We hope to see women of all faiths, races, ages and walks of life at Pause.
